Hapus Akun Aldheim Online

Halaman ini untuk menghapus akun Aldheim Online beserta semua karakternya di server kami. Akun lokal (Mode Lokal) tidak tersimpan di server, jadi tidak perlu dihapus di sini.

Penghapusan bersifat permanen dan tidak bisa dibatalkan. Kami tidak pernah meminta sandimu lewat email atau pesan.

Cara 1: dari dalam gim

  1. Buka Aldheim. Di halaman depan, pilih server Aldheim Online, lalu masuk dengan akunmu.
  2. Buka menu akun online, lalu pilih Hapus akun.
  3. Masukkan sandi dan ketik nama akunmu untuk konfirmasi.
  4. Pilih Hapus. Akun langsung terhapus dan kamu keluar dari akun itu.

Cara 3: lewat email

Kirim email ke wicarakanja@gmail.com dengan subjek Hapus akun Aldheim dan sebutkan nama akunmu. Kami mungkin meminta bukti bahwa akun itu milikmu, misalnya nama karakter dan job di akun itu. Jangan kirim sandi lewat email. Permintaan diproses paling lama 30 hari.

Apa yang dihapus

Dihapus segera
Akun (nama akun, hash sandi, waktu daftar dan terakhir masuk), semua slot karakter online beserta isinya, 10 versi lama tiap slot, dan semua token masuk. Semua perangkat yang masuk dengan akun itu otomatis keluar.
Hilang paling lama 14 hari
Salinan di cadangan harian. Cadangan database disimpan 14 hari lalu dihapus otomatis.
Dihapus bergilir
Log server berisi alamat IP dan nomor akun internal, tanpa sandi, token, atau isi simpanan. Log dihapus bergilir, paling lama sekitar 9 minggu.
Tidak ikut terhapus
Data di perangkatmu: karakter Mode Lokal, salinan simpanan di perangkat, dan berkas Ekspor. Hapus sendiri lewat gim atau dengan menghapus data aplikasi.

Delete your Aldheim Online account

Use this page to delete an Aldheim Online account and all of its characters from our server. Local accounts (Local Mode) are not stored on the server, so there is nothing to delete here for them.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We never ask for your password by email or message.

Option 1: inside the game

  1. Open Aldheim. On the front screen, choose the Aldheim Online server and sign in.
  2. Open the online account menu and choose Delete account (in-game label: Hapus akun).
  3. Enter your password and type your account name to confirm.
  4. Choose Delete. The account is removed at once and you are signed out.

Option 2: with this form

Option 3: by email

Email wicarakanja@gmail.com with the subject Delete Aldheim account and your account name. We may ask for proof that the account is yours, such as a character name and job on that account. Never send your password by email. Requests are handled within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleted immediately
The account (account name, password hash, sign-up and last sign-in time), all online character slots and their contents, the 10 older versions of each slot, and all sign-in tokens. Every device signed in to that account is signed out.
Gone within 14 days
Copies in the daily backups. Database backups are kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically.
Deleted on a rolling basis
Server logs hold IP addresses and the internal account number, with no passwords, tokens, or save data. They are deleted on a rolling basis, after about 9 weeks at most.
Not deleted
Data on your device: Local Mode characters, the local save copy, and Export files. Remove them in the game or by clearing the app's data.
